What is the RBHOA
The RBHOA is a membership-by-choice organization whose purpose is to promote a sense of community. We are a nontraditional HOA. Aside from bringing our residents together through social events and meetings, we work to educate homeowners on lease agreements, new regulations within the Sussex County, and other housing issues that would impact residents.
