Aside from bringing our residents together through social events and meetings, we work to educate homeowners on lease agreements, new regulations within the Sussex County, and other housing issues that would impact residents. With your membership you automatically become a member of Del Manufacture HOA. DMHOA has direct communication with the state homeowner advocacy groups. The DMHOA serves as your voice at the state level, with the help of several powerful partners organizations who support our mission
